Service Description

This course covers the responsibilities of individuals who are required to do work near powerlines or electrical apparatus in working safely as a non-electrical worker. Completing the course will provide an individual with the skills and knowledge to stay safe and understand compliance requirements for safe approach distances for the worker, plant, tools and equipment and consists of real-life practical skills and knowledge to allow the participant to be able to identify and mitigate hazards in their working environment. Due to the high-risk nature of the industry, the program is regarded as a mandatory requirement for specific industries in which employees are required develop or maintain their professional skills. Units Delivered The following units will be included in your certificate: UETDREL006 - Work safely in the vicinity of live electrical apparatus as a non-electrical worker Course Delivery This course can be delivered/assessed in the workplace or at facility organised by the training provider.
